Back to step 1 with a new wallet. Nobody can tell it's the same person.
Tired of devs who rug and come back with a fresh wallet? On kycpad every dev passes an ID check first, gets one wallet for life, and every coin they launch stays on their public record.

Why kycpad exists
Anon launches made rugging free. A new wallet costs nothing, so a bad dev can rug, reset, and do it again under a new ticker. kycpad puts a real, verified person behind every launch and keeps their record where everyone can see it.

The record follows the person, not the wallet. Check it before you buy.
Illustration with made-up wallets and tickers. Verification doesn't make a coin safe or stop prices falling. It means the dev is a real person who can't disappear and start over under a new name.
The check
Anon devs hide behind wallets anyone can make in a second. Here, a dev has to show a real ID and their live face before they can launch anything. Two minutes on their phone, and they can never hide behind a fresh wallet again.

Privacy
The ID scan and selfie happen on Stripe's own page. kycpad never receives your photos, and never stores your name, birthday, address or document number. We get back one answer: passed or failed.
Captured on Stripe's hosted page and kept under Stripe's privacy policy. kycpad has no access to these files.
Fingerprint = a one-way hash made from your name and document address the moment Stripe answers. It can't be turned back into your details. It only exists so one person can't verify two wallets.
Live board
Zero anon devs. Every coin launched here has an ID-checked dev with a public track record.
No kycpad coin has graduated yet. The first one to fill its curve shows up here.

Phantom or Solflare. You sign a free message to prove the wallet is yours. This wallet becomes the creator of every coin you launch.
Stripe Identity checks your passport, licence or ID card is real and that your face matches it. About two minutes.
Fill in your coin and approve once. The coin goes on your public record the moment it launches, and it stays there whatever happens next.
FAQ
Rugging works because it’s free to reset: dump, make a new wallet, launch again. On kycpad one person gets one wallet, and every coin from it stays on their public record. A dev who rugs here can’t come back as a stranger. Everyone can see what they did.
Yes, nobody can stop someone selling their own tokens. What changes is that they can’t do it again and again under new names. The rug stays on their record, and holders can check it before buying their next coin.
No. Verification is only required to launch. Anyone can trade kycpad coins on pump.fun.
No. The scan happens on Stripe’s own page and the photos stay with Stripe Identity, under Stripe’s privacy policy. kycpad never receives them.
Your wallet address, whether you passed, when, your country, and a one-way fingerprint (a hash of your name and document address) used only to stop one person verifying two wallets. No name, birthday, address, document number or images. Holders see a verified badge, never your name.
No. It means a real, ID-checked person launched it and their track record is public. Memecoins can still go to zero. Check the dev’s record and do your own research.
No. One identity maps to one launcher wallet. If you try to verify a second wallet with the same ID, it is marked as already linked.
Stripe tells us why (blurry photo, expired document, selfie mismatch). You can start a new attempt from the verify page.
Only Solana network fees and pump.fun rent (keep about 0.03 SOL in the wallet), plus any initial buy you choose. kycpad charges nothing.
